Yes β€” Garura is completely free for everyone in Rwanda. No fees, no subscriptions.
3How long do cases stay active?
Cases remain active for 90 days and can be renewed. Resolved cases are archived.
4Can I track my claim?
Yes. After submitting a claim, you can track its status in your dashboard under "My claims".
